16th Annual Master Classics Of Poker

The 16th Annual Master Classics of Poker begins Friday, November 2nd, 2007 through Saturday, November 10th, 2007 and will be hosted by The Holland Casino Amsterdam. The Holland Casino operates fourteen casinos in Amsterdam, Breda, Eindhoven, Enschede, Groningen, Leeuwarden, Mijmegen, Rotterdam, Scheveningen, Schiphol Airport, Utrecht, Valkenburg, Venlo and Zandvoort. Last year's Masters Classic had a prize pool of over $3.3 Million.

This tournament consists of players from all over the international circuit of poker; The US, The UK, France, Russia, Austria, German and Scandinavia. Some of these poker players are Jorryt van Hoof, Marcel Luske, Rob Hollink, Noah Boeken, Erich Kollman, Martin Vallo, Simon Trumpe and Mickey Finn.

The Master Classics will have eight tournaments consisting of Texas Hold'em and Omaha with the buy-in for each being from $120 to $5100. The main tournament is the Lido Poker Tournament and will begin Wednesday, November 7th through Saturday, November 10th with the buy-in of $5,000 and $100 entry fee. The prize pool money for The Master Classics will be determined by the number of players. The players who make it to this final table will be given entry tickets to play in the 2008 Master Classics main tournament. 2,000 entry tickets have already been sold to one of Europe's largest and best known international poker tournaments.
