Absolute Poker Headed For An Audit
Absolute Poker who has had recent problems is now being looked into be the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in the report of cheating. This probe into the Absolute Poker site is after allegations by bloggers and in poker forums that there have been irregular plays with one player known as POTRIPPER seeming to have the knowledge of other player's hands.
In a statement from the Commission Chair David Montour who is looking into these allegations said that the commission on the Mohawk Kahnawake reservation has hired an Australian consulting firm, they are Gaming Associates who will be doing an audit of the Absolute Poker site.
The Absolute Poker site, which is owned by Tokwiro Enterprises, is Mohawk owned and controlled as a sole proprietorship and according to the commission the hold a gambling license with the commission and must follow their regulations.
These allegations have not been commented on by Tokwiro Enterprises the owners of Absolute Poker.com in the media though they have contacted them.
One of these poker players that have made complaints had requested the hand history and when it was sent it was a file that contained private information that the poker site should not have released.
