Dusk Till Dawn Poker Club Opening a Great Success

The long awaited opening of the poker club Dusk Till Dawn finally took place on November 28th. The club invited over 200 people to join in the opening festivities and many professional players attended. The night kicked off with a speech at 8 P.M. with Rob Yong, the MD of Dusk Till Dawn, that highlighted the hard work the staff had been doing and he also gave gifts to people who had stuck by him. Nick Whiten, Lee Scott and Nick Watkin received bottles of champagne and gifts while Yong's mother helped him cut the ribbon and officially open the club. To announce the poker room open Yong said: "Shuffle up and deal".

After the crowd entered a tournament took place that had 50 players and the entry fee was free. The winner of the tournament would win entry into Saturday's £500 +£50 Main Event. The winner was Nigel Blower from Ladbrokes. Many people decided to play the cash and single table tournaments that were available. Many players stayed into the wee hours of the morning, not leaving until 3 a.m.Dusk Till Dawn

The club will officially open to the public on December 2nd which is this Sunday. Players can register at the poker club or also online at the Dusk Till Dawn website. Players can also buy-in online as well.

The marketing director of Dusk Till Dawn, Rob Yong, commented on the opening, "It's been a long struggle but it's been worth it. The club is looking great and I know the poker community is going to love it."
