New Partnership for Card Player

Card Player has done it again. They have contracted with one of the major tournaments in the United States to be an exclusive media partner. Card Player and Caesars Palace are working together on the coverage of the Caesars Palace Classic, and its 10 thousand USD main event.

"Caesars Palace is bringing an incredible tournament to Vegas and we are pleased to be the exclusive media partner for the event," stated Card Player Media COO, Jeff Shulman. "As the most trusted name in tournament reporting, Card Player Media will provide top-notch tournament reporting from this event." As the official media partner, Card Player will provide live chip counts, photos, player blogs, and Internet video from the main event.

The inaugural Caesars Palace Classic event 1 is a $550 No Limit Hold'em tournament. It kicks off at noon, local time on Oct. 12, with buy-in and registration opening on Oct. 11 for all events. The first Caesars Palace Classic will consist of 13 additional events. Among those events are Limit Holdem, Omaha Eight or Better, Pot Limit Omaha, and a Ladies Only No Limit Hold'Em.

The main event of the series is a $10,000 buy in tournament beginning on Oct. 22. The winner of the main event will be awarded a guaranteed prize of $1 million and a custom-designed Caesars Palace Classic trophy. In addition, the winner will receive a one-of-a-kind watch that is now being uniquely designed for this event
