Poker Pro For A Year Final Table Announced

The owners of PokerNews and Pacific Poker have finally announced the final table line-up for their annual Poker Pro For A Year promotion! 

 

The ten lucky finalists will battle it out on January 7^th, 2008, at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia, for one of the sought-after prizes in the world of poker.

 

The Poker Pro For A Year package will give the winner free entry into four major land-based tournaments (WSOP and Aussie Millions are apart of this group), free hotel accommodations, and free flights and expenses for all of the events.  This is the chance of a lifetime for one person to live the life of a poker pro.  The package alone is worth $50,000!

 

The Poker Pro For A Year promo has been a year-long series of satellites that were played on Pacific Poker.  6 of the 10 players had to win their respective tournament Series' in order to qualify for the live final, with the 7^th seat given to the top points leader in the Overall Leaderboard for the satellite series.  The final 3 seats were given to the winners of a special tournament involving the top 100 players in the Leaderboard for the P.P.F.A.Y. promotion.
