Titan Poker $60k Winter Online Poker League

1/10/08 - Titan Poker, the largest member of the iPoker Network, announced the launch of the Titan Poker winter poker league today. The poker room will be adding a total of $60,000.00 in prize money to prize pools that will be awarded to top online poker players on the website.

The first official day of league play is January 14th, all Titan poker players are automatically eligible to play. Each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday Titan will hold four league tournaments. The top five finishers in each of the league poker games wins not only prize money, but leader board points as well. Tournament buy in amounts vary giving people of various bankroll sizes equal opportunities to place.

Points will be tracked on a special Titan Poker leader board throughout the duration of a ten week season. On March 30th a $50,000.00 freeroll tournament will be held, the top 200 league players (per the leader board) will be invited to play. Players that win league tournaments will additionally be invited to a winners only freeroll to be held the following day (March 31st).
