In the recent All
Africa Poker Tournament that was held at the Piggs Peak Casino in Swaziland
there emerged a twenty-four year old winner who not only left the table with
the million grand prize, this prize also included a $10,000 seat to the 2008
World Series of Poker.
In the All Africa Poker tournament main event there were one hundred and eleven poker players that entered the tournament and the players were at the tables for thirty-two hours until the winner left his seat at the main event final table.
This poker player was Greg Ronaldson who took the title of winner at the main event of the All Africa Poker tournament and the winner's prize of one million rand. He has been one of the top finishers at the poker tables in the past few months with his best finish in fourth place.
Ronaldson will not be the only poker player going to the main event from the All Africa Poker Tournament, the second player at the table Michael Simoes who went heads up against Ronaldson to finish off the main event also won a seat. The third finisher at the tournament Daniel Calligan left the table with R300,000 and was given a seat to the World Series of Poker tournament seat by the Piggs Peak Casino.
