European I-Gaming Congress and Expo Meets

Today at the Barcelona Diagonal Conference met for the sixth annual European iGaming Congress Center. This is a rather impressive meeting featuring eighty speakers and sixty online gaming exhibitors. There were one thousand pre-registered delegates from forty nations. The visiting online operators and development companies European iGaming Congress and Expo also has been watching very closely what is going on with the European Union and the United States as well as the case with iMEGA and the U.S.

One of the delegates is Sue Schneider the join CEO of Clairion Gaming who stated that there are many new attendees this year and all are in a better mood since they have begun the road back to profits instead of the loses they suffered after the UIGEA.

When Schneider gave her opening address she spoke of David Caruthers who is under house arrest and still waits untried after fifteen months for an arrest for illegal gambling in the past year while transiting in the U.S. , she went on to say he can not speak of his upcoming case.

Another speaker was CEO GiGi Levy of 888 Holdings who went into the annual double digit growth of the industry and which he went on to say that he feels this means online operators have gone forward focusing on the present and future rather than the past loses because of the UIGEA.
