GamCare Revamps Website and Moves to New Premises
Recently the group, GamCare, moved to a new facility in South London. The new facility is closer to the capital and the transport networks. GamCare, who works to help people with gambling problems, announced that they are in their tenth year of service. They have been providing support and counseling services to people for many years and decided it was time to revamp their image.
The organization decided to create new literature for the new look of the group. The new information pamphlets have been redesigned with the GamCare Helpline details prominently displayed. They also have designed new posters that can be used by gaming operators to display. They have created a new logo and each pamphlet and poster will have the new design proudly displayed.
Not only did the GamCare change their look, design, and premises they also changed their website. The website was updated so that it is more easily accessible for people who are looking for information. It was redesigned to match the new look of the group.
The group also offers advice, emotional support, and referrals for people in need of help. Family and friends of a problem gambler can also find help and resources from the group. "Our new offices and suite of counseling rooms will enable us to continue to expand the vital services we offer to problem gamblers and their friends and relatives. Easily accessible, the Clapham premises have been designed to enable us to absorb a significant uplift in Helpline, Netline and counseling activity. Last year was an eventful year, culminating in our move to new premises at the end of the year," said Geoffrey Godbold, Chief Executive for GamCare.
