Playtech LTD. Annouces Official Migration With BET365

Playtech Ltd. announced October 9, 2007, they had success in enterprising the online poker gaming activities of Hillside (Gibraltar) Ltd.'Bet365' to the Playtech iPoker platform. iPoker is the world's largest independent poker network and Playtech Ltd. develops and licenses software for online and land based gaming industries. Bet365 is one of the world's leading online gambling companies. They provide over 1.5 million customers in 140 different countries. Previously Playtech joined together with the Gibraltar-based online gaming company Casino.com to offer the full range of free and real money casino games.

Bet365's poker, mobile and Asian P2P games will eventually be merged to Playtech iPoker. Initially the term will be for three years and will allow for cross-selling opportunities available to the company to be maximized. Managing Director of Hillside Ltd., Steve Ibberson commented, "We are very pleased with the smooth and successful migration of our poker product to the iPoker network. After careful consideration of our options, we selected Playtech as our preferred exclusive software provider for our combined casino, poker, mobile and Asian P2P activities. In 2005, Bet365 merged their casino products to Playtech, so this plays into natural progression.
