Poker Players Alliance Announces New Nevada State Director

Dianna Donofrio was recently named the new Nevada State Director for the Poker Players Alliance (PPA). Donofrio will be recruiting as well as playing the role as the local spokesperson for the PPA. She will help the PPA know what is going on in the poker industry in the state of Nevada.

Donofrio was chosen from a pool of over 1,000 applicants and was chosen for many reasons, especially her many years of experience in the gaming industry. Donofrio began her gaming career at the Commerce Casino as a Satellite tournament director and then moved to Las Vegas to work at the Four Queens.

From there she has continued to work in the gaming industry for the past twenty five years. Her experience will help the PPA in coordinating poker rallies and other events. Donofrio has also worked with the WSOP and organized and directed many charity poker events as well.

The chairman of the PPA, Alfonse D’Amato commented: “The PPA is fortunate to have over one million dedicated members and even more fortunate that Dianna is one of them. As Nevada’s PPA State Director, Dianna will help strengthen the PPA’s efforts both nationally and at the state level. We are proud to have her as part of the PPA team.”
