Mansion Poker Represented by Shannon Elizabeth
The anticipation has been building for many months and the wait is finally over. The Aussie Millions have begun and many people are in Melbourne Australia enjoying the festivities. You can find any type of player at the Aussie Millions from professional poker players to everyday people who qualified online. Also in attendance will be celebrities. One of those celebrities is Shannon Elizabeth. She has been playing poker for a while now and is representing Mansion Poker during the tournament.
Shannon first became famous for her role in American Pie. She played an exotic exchange student and is still remembered very well for that role. Since then she has been working her way into the poker circuit. She participated in the World Series of Poker in 2006 and cashed out in three events. She played in NBC's National Heads-Up Poker Championships in 2007 and finished in third place. She then went on to the WSOP and cashed out while playing the $2,000 No-Limit Hold'em event.
During the Aussie Millions, Shannon will be competing for the $1 million guaranteed prize. She will be wearing the Mansion Poker logo throughout the competition. She will be joined by the other members of the Mansion Poker Team. They are grass3, online qualifier, and Marc Goodwin, a poker pro.
Goodwin made it only through day one before he was eliminated. He did however cash out during the $1,100 Limit Hold'em event. Grass3 and Shannon are still in the tournament and may be well on their way to the $1 million grand prize.
