Redbet to Launch New Gaming Website

The online gaming website Redbet has launched a new online casino, poker and sportsbook website called Whitebet. In mid November of last year Whitebet was soft launched. The site has a sportsbook available for their players through Redbet and works with Play'N Go to provide their software for the online casino. The Ongame Network is also working with Whitebet to help with the online poker portion of the site.

Redbet has been working with the Ongame Network and has several sites operating with them. The Ongame Network has been very successful in the past few months and has reached new milestones. Most recently they had a record number of concurrent real-money players at 10,000.

One of the main deciding factors in starting Whitebet was the fact that the company wanted to be able to provide their customers an opportunity to play on the Ongame Network. "Redbet already offers its customers online poker via the 24H Network, as well as Boss Media's IPN. Due to the fact that Ongame requires exclusivity from its poker partners, which Redbet could not offer, Whitebet was established," stated Mr. Jonas Sundvall, CEO of Redbet to the Gaming Intelligence Group.

The main focus for the Whitebet site will be Central and Eastern Europe as well as the Scandinavian market. Beginning in the first quarter the Company will be promoting their Teletoto brand online. Sundvall believes the Baltic market has potential so they will also focus their marketing of Teletoto in that area. Redbet took over Teletoto in April 2007. It is the only licensed state sanctioned of national gaming in Latvia for retailing bookmaking and online gaming.
