T6Poker Website Using Online Gaming Software from CyberArts

A new poker website, T6Poker, was marketing nonstop to reel in players for their January 2008 start date. The site did some testing and they found that their existing software could not support the many players who were enrolling on the site. T6Poker decided to choose CyberArts to help them create a platform that would work with the extended amount of players that has been pouring in. CyberArts managed to create a platform that fit T6Poker's needs in less than a six week period. The new platform offers a multi-language poker service and was custom designed and created for the website.

The CyberArts engineering team worked long hours to get the program done. The team even went so far as to work throughout the Christmas holiday to finish the project. "I knew we had the best engineering team in the business," said CyberArts CEO Chris Derossi, "but the T6poker project required quality software development at a speed never before attempted."

The site also had problems when it came to testing the software. They needed to install the software on new servers but most businesses are closed during the holidays. They were able to contact Dell and they helped them have sixty servers very quickly.

It took seventeen days for CyberArts to successfully launch the online service in English. In the near future there will Spanish and Scandinavian languages available. There is also a new payment processor on the site to help make transactions happen in different currencies.
