The Executive Poker Tour will begin this Wednesday at the Trump Taj Mahal. The new tour will place executive against executive in poker tournaments. The entry fees for each tournament will be donated to the Project Lifesaver Foundation. This foundation is an organization that provides life-saving technology to families who could not afford it.

The service the organization provides is a tracking system for people who may wander off or become lost from their family or caregiver. Such medical conditions as Alzheimer's, autism, dementia, brain injuries and children with Down Syndrome are some cases the service is used for.

The Executive Poker Tour website states the series will be cash tournaments with cash payouts. The prizes will be taken from 100% of the buy-in. People have already started playing in super-satellites to participate in the main event.

When the tournament begins on Wednesday it will be the first trophy event and also will host a special $100,000 buy-in cash game. The tournament is scheduled for a three-day event and is estimated to bring in over $1 million for each night played. Many pro players have signed up for the event as well as amateur players.

"We're expecting a terrific mix of amateur poker players as well as many executives who desire to support our organization," said Rick Rahim, Executive Poker Tour founder.
