Vince Neil's Third Annual Off The Strip Poker Tournament

The Joint, inside Las Vegas' Hard Rock Casino, will be the host of this year's Off The Strip Poker Tournament. This will be the third year that Vince Neil has held his charity event. The tournament will benefit the Skylar Neil Memorial Fund and the T.J. Martell Foundation. The Skylar Neil Memorial Fund was created after the death of Neil's daughter Skylar. She passed away in 1995 after battling stomach cancer. Proceeds received from the charity event will go towards research for cancer, AIDS, and the treatment of leukemia which both the Skylar Neil Memorial Fund and the T.J. Martell Foundation support.

This year's online poker tournament is scheduled for November 3rd and has enough seating for 150 people. The prize pool is a guaranteed $50,000 to the top ten finishes. A player can buy-in for $500 plus a $50 fee. The action will start at 4 p.m. At 3 p.m. there will be a live charity auction and a cocktail reception which will be mc'd by adult film stars. This event is open to the public and items can be viewed and bid on by anyone. Items on display include; entertainment, sports and music memorabilia. All proceeds from the auction will go to the charities.

Many celebrities and well known us poker players showed up to lend their support at last year's event. Neil's tournament has raised more than $300,000 and he has posted almost $2 million since becoming involved with the T.J. Martell Foundation.
