Rewards include travel rewards on 21 airlines, tickets for major events, etc. The best thing is there is no predefined spending limit on this card.

Another Amex reward card that may fit within your budget, if the Reward Gold Card does not, is the American Express Reward Green Card. The first year has no annual fee, and the fee from the second year on is $95, lower than that for the Gold Card. The bonus points you can earn are lower, 5,000 compared to the Gold Card's 10,000. You can earn rewards on travel with 11 different airlines as well.
