Jon "Pearljammer" Turner 07 Internet Player of the Year

The 2007 Internet Poker Rankings Player of the Year Race was won by Jon "Pearljammer" Turner. This race was very tight and Jon beat out some of the best names in online poker to get this waward.

Jon "Pearljammer" Turner finished third last year and has had a great two year run in winning the Player of The Year this year. In the past two years he has had over 100 wins, 600 final tables, and close to $2 million in cashes. He biggest cash being a second place in the PokerStars Million for $100,000.

Off the table has been successful for Jon as well as he has been sponsored by Full Tilt Poker and inked a deal to write a book for Dimat Enterprises, Inc. on no-limit holdem strategy.
