PartyPoker Offering WPT Celebrity Invitational Packages

Top online poker room, PartyPoker, has announced they are giving away fifteen packages for the World Poker Tour Celebrity Invitational. The Invitational is set to take place in LA in February and many top poker players and celebrities will be participating in the event.

The qualifiers will run daily from January 25th to the 30th and all players need to enter are PartyPoints. The final qualifier will take place on January 31st and the top fifteen finishers will earn a prize package to the Invitational.

The package includes a seat to the Invitational, hotel accommodations and $2,250 in spending money. Players who are not members of PartyPoker must sign up between the 25 of January and the 6th of February to be able to participate in a special free roll on February 7th. This event will be sending a player to the Invitational as well.

A spokesperson for PartyPoker commented: “This tournament will be filled with Hollywood stars and poker gods. The event is invitation only, and PartyPoker can get you on the exclusive guest list. Last year, the event was won by poker professional Freddy Deeb. That said, with the stellar celebrity line-up, poor Freddy kept getting mistaken for Danny De Vito.”
