NBC Heads Up Pairs Announced

Last night the pairing party was held at Pure, in Caesars Palace.  The results of the pairing is going to make things interesting as play begins this morning.  Some of the first round match ups are World Series of Poker bracelet winner Erik Seidel against online player Jonathan "FieryJustice" Little.

Also a first round match is 1989 WSOP Champion and 11 time WSOP bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth against Tom "Durrrr" Dwan.  Joe Hachem and Mike Matusow have played together before at the 2005 WSOP final table and they will meet again as they play in the first round.  The last entrant into the tournament, Alisha Kunze who won a online freeroll to get here will play against Phil Ivey today.

The tournament was split into brackets and with great poker players everywhere there is sure to be some bad beats, great hands and poker excitement.  The first bracket to play this morning will be the Hearts at 10:15am followed by Diamonds at 1:15pm.  Then the Clubs bracket start at 4:15pm and finally the Spades will start at 6:45pm.
