Yann Lelievre Wins World Challenge on Titan Poker

The Titan Poker website World Challenge Promotion has come to an end and Yann Lelievere has been named the Online Poker "World Champion". Lelievre outlasted fifty five other players to win the $100,000 first place prize. The other fifty five players won $55,000 that was split in different ways.

The World Challenge on Titan Poker was a three month long event. Players on the site had to participate in Poker Leagues to advance to the Main Event. A player would first play people from their country and then advance to players internationally. From these events, fifty six players emerged to go to the Main Event.

Lelievre has this to say on his win: "Poker is a true passion for me. I started playing poker in 2006 and it was not long before I realized all the passion that poker can provoke. I was so delighted to win the World Challenge Main Event, especially as it was such a close call. I became Titan Poker World Champion with a three of a kind - but just before the pot I only had enough for the big blind! "I intend to continue playing and fulfill some more of my dreams. I'm still very young and I have a lot to learn, but I believe that I am getting closer and improving all the time."
